How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched, along with a link to the appropriate tracking page. You can also track the status of your order at track.jao.com.*


*Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.


For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information can also be accessed from the Order History section of your account.
