Orders placed on the JAO Canada website are restricted to delivery within Canada. If you need to ship your order to an international address, please use the destination menu in the footer section of the website and select the appropriate country.

This will redirect you to the JAO website for that region, where you can place your order. Prices will be displayed in the local currency of the selected country. If your desired destination is not listed, unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to that country at this time.

During checkout, enter your information in the "billing address" field and the recipient's details in the "shipping address" field.

Please note: The order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may need to forward these details to the recipient if necessary.
