Magnesium Flakes are dry flakes of magnesium chloride hexahydrate and other trace minerals, in a convenient and economical form for utilization in baths and foot soaks. Magnesium flakes are extracted from the Ancient Zechstein Seabed in Northern Europe, 1600 to 2000 meters deep in the interior of the Earth. Well protected for the last 250 million years, they are the most pure magnesium flakes in the world.

Magnesium chloride is a mineral supplement used to prevent and treat low amounts of magnesium in the blood. Your heart, kidneys and other organs, as well as your muscles, all rely on magnesium for their normal day-to-day function. It plays an essential role in a wide variety of chemical reactions, helps regulate your blood pressure and blood glucose levels, and also helps your body regulate its levels of other vital nutrients such as vitamin D, calcium, potassium, zinc and copper. The Magnesium Chloride we use comes in the form of magnesium flakes, it can be easily absorbed through the skin in baths, and foot soaks.

Cautions :

Magnesium Chloride should not be used by those with kidney disorders, especially renal failure. Consult your doctor before using Magnesium Chloride.
