It cannot be reloaded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or another gift card. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (excluding the United States of America, Canada, Germany, and Switzerland). After the expiry date, the card will have a zero balance. JAO Digital Gift Cards

A JAO Digital Gift Card entitles the owner to purchase products up to the nominated value at any JAO Signature Store or from a JAO online store in the country and currency of purchase. The value on the card can be used in full or in part and on multiple occasions at said JAO Signature Stores and JAO online store, as well as for Facial Appointments at selected JAO spaces. It cannot be reloaded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, transferred to another digital gift card, or transferred to another owner.
