How can I return my purchase?

If a product you purchased online is not suitable, we are happy to facilitate a return at no cost to you.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information below, and we will provide you with a prepaid return postage label. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Alternatively, if you used a credit card for your online purchase, you may return the item for a refund at any JAO store within the country of purchase.
All returns must be made within thirty days of purchase, or within ninety days if the purchase was made between November 1 and December 31.
