If you would no longer like to receive emails from us, please follow these steps:

1. Scroll down to the bottom of an email you have received from us.

2. Click the 'Unsubscribe and update preferences' link.

3. Untick 'Receive email communications'.

4. Click 'Save preferences'.

Alternatively, you can log in to your account, go to the 'Communications' tab, and untick 'Receive email communications'.
