JAO fragrances are primarily crafted using ingredients derived from natural sources. On occasion, we employ techniques such as co-extraction or molecular distillation to enhance the character or depth of the fragrance. When synthetic ingredients are used, they are included to ensure improved longevity or to achieve a specific aromatic effect.

Synthetic fragrance ingredients are found in select JAO products, including our Aromatique Room Sprays, personal fragrances, Aromatique Candles, and Rejuvenate Intensive Body Balm.

In our personal fragrance range and Aromatique Room Sprays, the Fragrance (Parfum) component consists of a blend of essential oils, botanical extracts, and synthetic ingredients. This combination allows us to create fragrances that are more intense and enduring than those achievable with essential oils alone.

Our Aromatique Candles use a mix of both botanical and synthetic fragrance ingredients, combined with Paraffin and Rapeseed Oil. This blend is designed to deliver a consistent and lasting fragrance experience from the first use to the last.

All fragrance components used in our products are carefully evaluated for safety and efficacy. We adhere to the guidelines and recommendations provided by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), ensuring that all fragrance components—whether botanical or synthetic—remain well within the safety limits established by IFRA and other global regulatory agencies.
